اسباب الحرقة بعد التغوط

السلام عليكم.اعاني من حرقة شديدة بعد التغوط تستمر لساعات علما وأني لا اعاني من الامساك بل هناك آلام في اسفل البطن من الجهة اليسرى وقد رجعت الطبيب المختص وقمت بفحص تنظير المعدة منذ سنة تقريبا وتبين أني أعاني من مرض إلتهاب المعدة الحريبي المزمن gastrite chronique folliculaire en atrophie légère et activité modérée sans lésion de métaplasie antrale ni intestinale.ارجو منكم إفادتي حول أسباب الحرقة وشكرا
