Douleurs du bassin

J'ai des douleurs au niveau du bassin je ne peux pas m'asseoir correctement, ça fait mal même quand je dors sur le dos, je ne peux même pas aller à droite ou à gauche et quand j'éternue, je ressens la douleurs.
