Loud voice

Hi I have a really loud and thins voice that's annoying me and other a lot can I get to any type of surgery to maybe softened a little bit

Hi, a loud an thin voice is not pathologic voice. It's a variety relating to the anatomy of your larynx. However, chronic dysphonia is pathologic. You should see a doctor to be sure of that.
