Problem with my left eyes

I have a problem with my left eye. I can turn my left eye to the right side, but I cannot turn it to the left. This developed when I was 5 years old and got really high fever. My parents took me to many eye doctors that time to fix this issue and they all said that there is nothing to worry about and that when I develop fully in my late teenage years, my eye would work normal. I’m currently 27 and I still have that eye problem. The last doctor I’ve been to told me that I am paralyzed on my 6th nerve and that I cannot fix this issue. However, I heard that in the United States people are fixing this issue by using visual therapy or operation of shortening on muscle and replacing it in the left eye. Is there any solution that I can do in Tunisia? This is really affecting my self esteem and I have high hope in Tunisian doctors.
